Sufleu Plombir

Candies of whipped egg-white mass with the addition of milk, covered with chocolate coating.

Ingredients: sugar, сhocolate glaze – 30% (sugar, cocoa mass, equivalent cocoa butter (palm, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithins, E476; vanillin), glucosic syrup, skimmed milk powder – 3,0%, gelling agent agar, egg white powder, preservative potassium sorbate, ethyl alcohol rectified from food raw materials 0,1%, flavours: “plombir”, “vanilla cream”; stabilisers invertaze.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C.
