Duet

Two layer sweets coated with chocolate: one layer is made of milk fondant and cacao, and another of whipped egg-white.

Ingredients: sugar, сhocolate glaze – 32% (sugar, cocoa mass, equivalent cocoa butter (palm, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithins, E476; vanillin), condensed milk, glucosic syrup, vegetable fat (palm, sunflower), fat reduced cocoa powder, apple mash, egg white, ethyl alcohol rectified from food raw materials 0,36%, gelling agent agar, acidifier citric acid, stabilisers invertaze, vanillin. Cocoa 10% min.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C.
