Return Policy

Our Commitment

At Magazin Basarabia, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with our products and services.
Although food products are not subject to the legal right of withdrawal, we are committed to offering fast and fair solutions in any case of nonconformity.

When Returns Are Accepted

You may request a return if the product you received:

• is defective,

• does not match the description on our website,

• was delivered incorrectly or damaged,

• or if the delivery does not match your order.

Please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 2 days after receiving your order.
Our team will review your case and provide a resolution promptly, within a maximum of 2 days from receiving your notice.

The return will be free of charge for you.

Non-returnable Products

⚠️ According to Government Ordinance 34/2014, perishable food products (such as sweets, beverages, and other consumables) cannot be returned if:

• they have been opened,

• they have been damaged after delivery,

• or if the issue is unrelated to product quality.
