Candies of whipped egg-white mass with chocolate added, covered with chocolate coating.

Ingredients: sugar, сhocolate glaze - 30% (sugar, cocoa mass, equivalent cocoa butter (palm, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithins, E476; flavouring „vanillin”), glucosic syrup, fat reduced cocoa powder, gelling agent agar, egg white, chocolate mass – 0,6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soy lecithins, E476; flavouring „vanillin”), preservative potassium sorbate, stabilisers invertaze, ethyl alcohol rectified from food raw materials – 0,1%. Cocoa 12% min. Total dry cocoa solids in chocolate mass – 58% min.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C.
