Sufleu Lemon

Candies of whipped egg-white mass with the addition of lemon oil, covered with chocolate coating.

Ingredients: sugar, сhocolate glaze – 30% (sugar, cocoa mass, equivalent cocoa butter (palm, shea), cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithins, E476; vanillin), glucosic syrup, skimmed milk powder, gelling agent agar, egg white powder, preservative potassium sorbate, ethyl alcohol rectified from food raw materials, lemon oil - 0,1%, stabilisers invertaze. Cocoa 10% min.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C.
