Historic blend of 70 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 25 % Saperavi and 5 % Rară Neagră, aged 18 months in French oak. Gold medal at the 1878 Paris World Expo — French experts initially mistook it for a Bordeaux. Age-worthy structure, pairs with game or hard cheese.

Freedom Blend

Launched in 2014 to mark 20 years of Moldovan independence — a three-country blend: 65 % Saperavi (Georgia), ~20 % Rară Neagră / Fetească Neagră (Moldova) and 15 % Bastardo (Ukraine). Black cherry, blackberry, dried plum, red pepper, leather and velvety tannins. Pour when dinner needs a talking point.

Fautor Negre

Named best red wine in the world at the 2022 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (Grand Gold, highest score among ~5 000 reds). A blend of Fetească Neagră + Rară Neagră aged 12 months in oak. Family-owned Fautor winery, Tigheci microzone, Valul lui Traian region — the same latitude as Bordeaux.
