National "Wine of Moldova" Contest 2025
120 wines awarded by an international jury at the Vernisajul Vinului in December 2025. Wines scoring 89–92.99 points received Gold, while those above 93 earned Grand Gold. Cricova, Castel Mimi and Fautor were among the top performers.
Decanter World Wine Awards
The world's biggest wine competition, judged in London. Moldovan producers kept winning — Purcari, Fautor, Château Vartely and Gitana Winery all collected Gold and Silver medals again in 2025.
Mundus Vini Spring Tasting 2025
Organised in Germany, Mundus Vini awarded Gold to several Moldovan wines including Minis Terrios Negru Împărat 2020 and Fautor's Ice Wine Traminer. Another stamp of quality.
Effervescents du Monde 2025
At the sparkling-wine competition in Burgundy, Moldova collected 10 Gold and 10 Silver medals, with 3 sparklers in the global Top 10 — Aurelius Sparkling Ice Wine, Vertiwine Pinot Blanc Brut and Radacini.
Concours Mondial de Bruxelles
From 132 entries by 24 producers, Moldovan wines took home 46 medals, strengthening the country's reputation on the European stage.
