Currant Strawberry Marmalade

A large proportion of fruits or berries (20%) provides a charming aroma, rich taste and the presence of a large number of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients: Sugar, starch syrup, black currant (15%), strawberry (5%), pectin, citric acid.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. The ideal temperature is between 15-21°C.
