Cherry in Chocolate Glaze

A cherry preserved in liqueur, in sugar fondant, coated with chocolate coating.

Ingredients: chocolate glaze – 42% (sugar, cocoa mass, equivalent cocoa butter (palm, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E476; flavouring „vanillin”), sugar, alcoholized сherry - 9,0% (сherry, alcohol rectified from food raw materials, sugar), glucosic syrup, acidifier citric acid. Cocoa 12% min., alcohol – 2,3%.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C.
