Nucusoare Cookies

In Moldova, these biscuits are traditionally baked at home, and we wanted our walnut-shaped cookies to be just as delicious. These biscuits are shaped like walnuts and filled with boiled condensed milk, capturing the nostalgic taste of childhood at grandma's house. Ingredients: wheat flour, palm oil, sugar, boiled condensed milk 45% [skimmed milk, milk sugar (lactose)], egg powder, salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), antioxidant (rosemary extract), acidifier (citric acid), flavors.
